To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). The supplier must receive your item back within 30 days of when it was originally shipped it to you. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
